This is just part of a very long, concrete, 1960's quality architecture on Smallbrook Queensway in Birmingham, just behind the revamped Bull Ring. Some may hate this building, and it's understandable why, but it has a certain raw energy and class that is attractive.
I really like the repetitive nature of the building and the many stylish uplighters which probably transform the building at night, but I've never seen it in the dark so am guessing.....
